As a small community, there are many different events that bring Doane University and Saline County together. Relay For Life is one event in which we, as a community, can celebrate those who have survived cancer and grieve with those who have lost loved ones to the disease. This year, Doane University/Saline County Relay For Life goal is to raise $70,000 for cancer research to benefit the American Cancer Society.

The Doane University/Saline County Relay For Life is an event that will provide the opportunity to combine civic duties with company advertisement that has the potential to reach and impact hundreds of individuals in our community. Your support and generosity will certainly not go unnoticed at this year’s county-wide event. This year’s Relay for Life event will take place on April 7, 2017 at Doane University’s newly renovated Fred Beile Competition Arena, the previously named Fuhrer Field House.

We hope that you will consider donating to such a worthy cause. Included you will find a donation form and also enclosed are the Sponsorship Forms to explain the different sponsorship level options. While products can be donated for the Relay For Life event, 100 percent of any monetary donations go directly to the American Cancer Society, benefit cancer research, and is tax deductible.

To sign up and create a online donation page simply follow the instructions listed on the link provided below and select "Doane University" as the relay for life event you wish to join. If the site ask for a zip code select "68333". Attached you will find the individual fundraising prizes.
